I’m not a celebrity or a fitness model—I’m an everyday person who has battled obesity from early childhood to adulthood. I grew up overweight, often sick, and found comfort and companionship in food. It became more than nourishment; it became my babysitter, my coping mechanism, and my escape.
At just three years old, I was diagnosed with pneumococcal meningitis. A high fever led to a two-week coma, and doctors warned my parents I would likely have lasting brain damage. Miraculously, the only long-term symptom that emerged was impaired thyroid function—yet that went untreated until my late twenties.
My journey is far from over. Every day, I choose to fight for my health, to make better decisions, and to invest in my own longevity. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.
Through years of trial, error, and education, I’ve found strategies that are beginning to work—particularly involving “research peptides” and lifestyle shifts that support wellness. Now, I want to share those insights. Whether you’re just starting or restarting, I’m here to offer guidance, encouragement, and honest support through health coaching.
Because the truth is simple:
It doesn’t take much to lose focus. But with a plan, commitment, and the right support, you can stay the course—and change your life.
